Ich nutze mein IPhone6 häufig, um Sprachmemos aufzunehmen, die ich dann im Büro auf meinen PC bzw. auf unseren Server synchronisiere, wo ich und meine Mitarbeiterin sie dann abhören und in unsere System übertragen kann. Seitdem ich vor ein paar Tagen das Update auf IOS12 gemacht habe, zeigt mir der IDevicemanager (akt. Version als Pro-edition) unter Multimedia keine Voice-Memos mehr an. Auf dem Iphone sind sie in der Sprachmemo-App natürlich zu sehen. Und im Datei-Explorer des IDevice manager sind unter Recordings auch aktuelle Einträge zu sehen. Dort kann man sie bloß nicht richtig bearbeiten, kopieren, löschen usw. Wenn man dort eingreift, funktioniert u.U. die Sprachmemo-App nicht mehr. Also, am besten wäre, wenn sie in der Rubrik Sprachmemo unter Multimedia wieder angezeigt werden, wie es bis IOs 11.x ja funktionierte. das Programm wieder ja als IOS12-kompatibel ausgewiesen.

der iDevice Manager 8.1.1.0 zeigt wie im Screenshot zu sehen, Sprachmemos auf dem iPhone mit iOS12 an. Auch das Abspielen und Herunterladen von Voice Memos funktioniert auf unserem Test iPhone X und iPad Air 2 problemlos.
Am besten Sie versuchen zunächst die Datensicherung/Backup von Ihrem iPhone 6 zu erneuern. Das können Sie mit iTunes oder dem iDevice Manager selbst tun. Starten Sie nach dem Backup den iDevice Manager auf jeden Fall neu.

This is not true for me. Since IOS12 no voice recordings made after IOS12 installation made on my iPhone 7 show in iDevice Manager. This makes the program useless for me because that is the only thing I use IDevice Manager for.
This is really strange what you are telling me.
In the screenshot from post before, can you see the voice memos from an iPhone X with the next iOS 12.1. Do you have latest version 8.2 of iDevice Manager installed? What iPhone or iPad version do you use?
Idea! Renew your iPhone Backup with the iDevice Manager or iTunes. Restart the iDevice Manager after that and try it again.
I am experiencing the same issue here. I use iOS 12 with the new voicememo app of iOS 12. In iDevice Manager (version 8.3.0.0) I only see memos recorded before iOS 12, with the old voicememo app.
The only reason why I am using iDevice Manager is to synchronize voicememos with my PC. So the iDevice Manage now became useless for me. :-(

We analyzed this topic and find out, the recordings database where are voice memos are stored/referenced isn't available in the iPhone backup. A solution can be, to create a new iPhone backup with iTunes or with the iDevice Manager itself (look in tab Device Storage). Important! Restart the iDevice Manager after creating backup.

What you suggest does not help. I made a backup with iTunes. I have the latest version of iTunes and of iDevice Manager. I have iPhone 7 with 12.0.1 . Voice Memos made with IOS 12 do not show. Why does iDevice Manager need a backup? Does it not read from the iPhone itself but only from the backup on the PC? I only used it for Voice Memos so now it has become useless to me. I can download the voice memos with iPhoneBrowser.
You still have not fixed this problem. This program cannot show voice memos made with IOS 12. I will now uninstall this program. It is of no use to me.
I had waited for the latest update and installed it (8.5.3), but the bug with the invisible voice memos isn`t fixed yet. what's the problem? I'm very disappointed about your software service. And in the feature list of this program in your shop there is still the feature "voice memos" included, isn't it?
