Hi
Please reinstall iTunes and connect your iPhone at first with that software. After successful connection, start the iDevice Manager.
If the problem still there, delete or rename existing iPhone backups on your computer. The backup can you find in directory C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
