Windows reports a fatal error in the communication between the iTunes / iDevice software components and the Microsoft .NET Framework, which is used by the iDevice Manager. Start the program again.

Hi
This message is very general and have several causes.
First:
- Start iTunes and create a new backup from your iPhone or iPad.
- Ensure that the backup is creating on local computer and not in the iCloud.
- Try iDevice Manager again.
Second:
- Reinstall the free Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
Thrid:
- Uninstall the iDevice Manager
- Download the latest version of the iDevice Manager
- Install the new iDevice Manager
